How soon can I start treatment?

We strive to accommodate new patients as quickly as possible. Contact our Admissions Team to schedule an initial consultation and determine availability.

Does insurance cover mental health treatment?

What if my insurance doesn’t cover all of my treatment?

If your insurance plan does not fully cover your treatment, we offer alternative payment options and financing plans. Contact us to discuss financial assistance.

Can I bring my phone or laptop?

To maintain a distraction-free environment, personal electronics such as laptops and cell phones are not permitted during residential treatment. However, you will have designated times to contact loved ones. Visit our What to Bring page for a full list of allowed and prohibited items.

Can my family visit me during residential treatment?

Yes, family visits are encouraged on designated days, and family therapy sessions may be part of your treatment plan. Contact your case coordinator for specific visiting hours.

What happens if I want to leave treatment early?

While treatment is voluntary, we strongly encourage patients to complete their recommended program for the best possible outcome. If you have concerns, discuss them with your treatment team to explore alternatives.

What happens after treatment?

Your care does not stop when you leave our facility. We offer aftercare planning, continued outpatient therapy, and support resources to help you transition back into everyday life successfully.
